Refund policy

Returns Policy

At The Breeze Cap, we want every customer to be happy with their order. Due to the nature of our supply chain, we do not require physical returns — meaning if something goes wrong, you get to keep the item while we make it right.

We'll issue a full refund or send a replacement if:

  • Your order hasn't arrived within the allowed delivery timeframe
  • Your item arrives damaged (please report within 30 days of delivery with photo or video evidence)
  • You receive the wrong or missing item (with photo or video evidence)
  • Your order is cancelled before it has been processed or shipped

A few things to note:

  • Claims must be raised within 90 days of your payment date — orders older than this are unfortunately ineligible
  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, a non-delivery certification from your local postal service will be required
  • We're unable to cover sizing issues unless we made an error with your order
